Terms of Use
Meteoritos, Corredeira, Banquisa, Asfalto, Cantaria, Andaime, and Contenção · Last updated: September 4, 2026
By playing any BROTTO ARCADE game — Meteoritos, Corredeira, Banquisa, Asfalto, Cantaria, Andaime, or Contenção — you agree to the rules below. They exist to make clear what you can expect from the game and what we expect from you. The game is offered by Alexandre Brotto (brotto.io) — contact: brotto.alexandre@gmail.com.
1. The game
The arcade games are free. You don't need to register or pay anything to play. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive right to play it; you may not resell, redistribute, modify, or publish the game elsewhere without written permission.
2. Account
To save your progress and enable a leaderboard where available, the game creates, on its own, an automatic anonymous account the first time you play — just a random code, with no name, email, or any data that identifies you (details in the Privacy Policy). You may, if you want, link that account to Google so you do not lose progress when switching devices; this is optional, and if you don't link it the game keeps working normally. There is currently no way to unlink while keeping your progress — the available route is to request account deletion, which erases your progress along with it (see the Privacy Policy). If you link it, the account becomes your responsibility: keep access to your email secure. We may terminate accounts used to game the leaderboard or to harm other players.
3. Leaderboard and fair play
In games that offer a leaderboard, it is public and the rules apply to everyone. The first campaign sector in Contenção has no public leaderboard; it uses the shared account and synchronized progress described above. The following are not allowed:
- Modifying the game, its memory, or its network requests to submit scores you did not achieve.
- Using automation, bots, or scripts to play for you.
- Creating accounts in bulk to pollute the ranking.
The game automatically validates whether a score is plausible for the wave reached and the run duration reported. Implausible scores are rejected, and we may remove records or accounts that circumvent these rules.
4. Coins and in-game items
Coins, ships, progression Tiers, and permanent powers exist only inside the game. They have no monetary value, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money. They may be adjusted or removed in balancing updates.
5. Ads and purchases
In some versions the game shows ads. Watching an ad is always optional and unlocks benefits, such as continuing a run.
The mobile app may offer purchases (for example, removing ads), processed by your device's store. Refunds follow that store's policy (App Store or Google Play), not ours — requests must be made to them.
6. Availability
The game is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it online and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, freedom from defects, or permanent preservation of progress and leaderboard entries. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the game or any of its features.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the game, including loss of progress, scores, or virtual items. Nothing here removes rights granted to you as a consumer by the law of your country.
8. Age
Playing has no age restriction. Linking your account to Google and receiving promotional messages are intended for people aged 18 or older.
9. Ownership
The code, art, sounds, and name of the game belong to the author. The artwork was created originally for these games. BROTTO ARCADE is not affiliated with or endorsed by any other games company, and any genre resemblance to other titles is limited to mechanics, which no one owns.
10. Privacy
How your data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. The date at the top indicates the latest version. Continuing to play after an update means you agree to it.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to consumer rights granted by the law of your country of residence.
